National Shipping.
We currently have three national carriers for mainland Portugal as partners.
Registered CTT for Islands and Europe, MRW and DPD.
By Ctt deliveries can take up to 72 hours, after sending the confirmation email, with the tracking number so that you can follow the shipment. They leave a notice if you are not there to receive the order and you will have to pick it up at the Ctt post closest to the location.
MRW deliveries between 24h and 48h, after sending the confirmation email with the traking number so you can follow the shipment. The courier contacts, in advance, the contact indicated when the order is placed to schedule the delivery. They only make two delivery attempts. After these two attempts, the customer will be charged a new shipping fee. You can pick up your order at the MRW store closest to your address.
DPS delivers within 24h to 48 hours, after sending the confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow the shipment. The courier contacts, in advance, the contact indicated when the order is placed to schedule the delivery. You can request delivery at a PICK UP point closest to your location.
ATTENTION: Boow is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to reasons beyond Boow’s control. However, when contacted by customers, Boow intercedes with delivery partners, as a facilitator or to streamline the process. Get in touch with us via email: vendas@boow.pt
When your order goes to distribution, you will receive an email (in the email with which you placed your order) with the indications so that you can follow your order. You receive a code and a link.
Amount of shipping costs.
Mainland Portugal
- Purchases up to €50, the value is €4.20 per DPD.
- Purchases up to €50, the value is €3.99 per MRW.
- Purchases up to €50, the amount is €3.50 per DPD at a PickUP station.
- Purchases over 50€, shipping is free.
Islands
- Value from €10. Shipping is carried out by Registered CTT (by sea currently due to a pandemic situation.)
International Shipping
- We ship internationally – to check the shipping cost, you must simulate the delivery in the shopping cart. Values and delivery times vary from country to country. Delivery time for international shipments can vary between 3 to 15 days in the European Union and can reach up to 60 days in other continents.
