How to buy?


To place an order at Boow Bags you must have a valid email account and then just add all the products you want to purchase to the shopping cart, following all the purchase steps indicated :

  1. Find it in Boow Bags products you want to purchase;
  2. Add the selected product(s) to the shopping cart using the “Add to Cart” button
  3. When you have finished choosing all the items you want to order, complete your purchase by clicking on “Checkout”< /li>
  4. Register your personal data: “Delivery address”, “Billing address”, telephone number, tax identification number (NIF ) and select the “Payment Method”;
  5. Review Your Order;
  6. Complete the purchase and make the payment, thus confirming your order

You will receive an order confirmation email with details regarding the payment method you selected. After payment validation, you will receive a confirmation email.

You can access all the order details at Boow Bags, at your reserved customer area, if you have registered as a customer.

Your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process. The respective invoice will follow by email with the billing data.

Please note that Boow Bags reserves the right not to accept and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:

  1. The product is not available;
  2. The payment is not made using any of the payment options available on the website Boow Bags
  3. The payment is not confirmed;
  4. Billing information is not correct or verifiable
  5. The transfer for payment of the order was not received by us within a period of 5 (five) days after acceptance of your order;
  6. There is an error in the price quote;
  7. Unable to deliver to address provided by customer.

Orders are formalized upon payment.

Throughout the ordering process, the customer receives 3 informative emails :

  • One when the customer completes his order, which contains all the order information.
  • One when you make the payment, where your order passes to the “internal processing” status.
  • One when to Boow Bags proceeds to send the order, where your order changes to the “completed” status.

After 72h orders that have not been paid for will be canceled if necessary do the same again, thus not keeping any article reserved.
